This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Darwin Branch at Winnellie, seeking part-time hours of 20 - 25 per week. There is flexibility with work hours. A great friendly atmosphere with a weekly branch lunch on offer. Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking someone highly organized and detail-oriented with a knack for juggling multiple requests and responsibilities. KEY DELIVERABLES Setting up and maintaining new project job files and work order approvals. Assist in finalising project documentation and completion of project sign offs. End of month processing activities, including raising high volume of claims and Work in Progress management. Accounts Payable – processing of invoices for creditors and sub-contractors. Review and pre-processing of timesheets/interpreting Enterprise Agreement. SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & PREFERENCES Ideally, we are seeking an individual with a minimum of two years of administration, contracts admin or finance experience in a trades related industry, in addition to: Experience working with an ERP system.
