Administration Officer - Women's and Babies Division Job no: 894314Work type: Part timeLocation: Adelaide CBDCategories: Administration, Business and Management Women's and Children's Health Network, Women’s and Babies Division, North Adelaide (5006) Salary Classification - ASO2 - Administrative Services Officer L2 - $58,709 to $63,154 + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Part Time (0.7 FTE) - Term Contract About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Women’s and Babies Division as a Administration Officer , where you will be responsible for: Incumbents of this role must be available to work a 24/7 roster. Providing a high level of administrative and reception support services to the Department Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of clerical documentation Contributing to the provision of effective patient care management by maintaining accurate records, booking lists and other details Assisting in the management of outpatient clinic bookings Maintaining systems and processes to assist the streamlining and efficiency of timely processes and workload within the Department As part of an administrative service, the incumbent is required to work in any of the positions falling within the requirements of the position as directed by the Administrative Manager. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous administrative / clerical experience. Ability to provide an administration and advisory service to management and staff at all levels and to establish and maintain both integrity and confidentiality in dealing with issues of a sensitive nature. Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of people on a range of sensitive and complex issues. Ability to work independently and under limited direction to meet deadlines and achieve agreed outputs whilst working with demanding and sometimes competing priorities.
