Air Conditioning Installer & Site Supervisor Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Installer with a keen eye for quality and a passion for leadership? Join Ocean Breeze Air as an Air Conditioning Installer & Site Supervisor , where you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch services for both domestic and commercial clients. We are a well-established company committed to providing exceptional comfort solutions. Key Responsibilities: Install and maintain air conditioning systems in both domestic and commercial properties. Ensure systems are installed to the highest standards, complying with health and safety regulations. Diagnose and troubleshoot air conditioning issues. Site Supervision: Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of installation teams. Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Provide on-site training and support to junior staff. Maintain safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in installing air conditioning systems (both domestic and commercial). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment. Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
