About Our Client Our client is a highly respected cultural institution dedicated to preserving historical memory and educating future generations. Their work plays a vital role in promoting education and engagement on important historical and social issues. Job Description Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Record income (donations, grants, ticket and book sales) in MYOB. Process fortnightly payroll using ADP Payline. Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations. Prepare and submit IAS and BAS. Assist with budgeting, re-forecasting, and external audit preparations. Support month-end, year-end, and other finance tasks as required. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will: Have experience in the NFP space for similar roles in Accounts. Possess varied finance experience (AR, AP, Bank Rec, Payroll, End of Month, Audit, etc.). Be able to start ASAP. Have a genuine passion for working towards a greater purpose for a charity.
