About the Role As a Banking Consultant in our Australia Branch Network, you’ll play a key role in providing customers with a seamless banking experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and become strong advocates for ANZ. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to: Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end banking needs. Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach. Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy. Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives. Take responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective. Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage. Experience in being a user and promoter of technology. Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity. Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment. Sound understanding of compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
