Talenza has been engaged to source Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysts to join a 4+ year program. Office Attendance: 2 days a week (Sydney) Contract Duration: 12 month day rate contracts Required Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Business Analyst role (BA ), minimum 6 years in a Business Analyst role (SBA) Experience as a business analyst in large, complex banking project delivery Experience with banking programs including: data migration, system uplift, system decommission, product simplification, core banking systems, deposit products Process/Data flow mapping (advantageous) Prior agile program experience including writing user stories and acceptance criteria Excellent understanding of technology and business systems, both strategically and operationally Familiarity with Jira and Confluence Location: Sydney with office attendance 2-3 days per week Day Rate: $700- $800 + super p.d (BA), $900-$950 + super p.d (SBA) These are excellent opportunities for Business Analysts eager to continue their careers within banking!
