Aerlink Pty Ltd based in Brisbane is a leading aviation charter service company looking for an experienced Continuous Airworthiness Manager. Brief Description Reporting directly to the Accountable Manager, the Continuing Airworthiness Manager is responsible for overseeing the airworthiness and modification status of the Aerlink ATR aircraft fleet, monitoring defects, and providing guidance to Aerlink’s AMO. In collaboration with the CAMO team, which includes Maintenance Planning and Technical Records, you will ensure the ongoing airworthiness of Aerlink's fleet of ATR aircraft. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement component and modification planning, along with system enhancements, for the Aerlink ATR fleet. Assume the role of Continuing Airworthiness Manager in alignment with CASR Part 42 regulations. Coordinate with suppliers, aircraft manufacturers, and internal Aerlink departments to develop and manage technical programs or investigations. Review and evaluate technical documentation from OEMs and national airworthiness authorities and assess Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness (ICAs). Provide technical support, advice, and coordination for the CAMO, Part 145 maintenance organisation, and other stakeholders. Assess and evaluate Technical Services Instructions and Engineering Orders. Implement and monitor the Reliability Program for the fleet, ensuring effective technical support. Required Qualifications And Experience Possess or be eligible to obtain the necessary qualifications and experience to hold the position of Continuing Airworthiness Manager in accordance with CASR Part 42 Manual of Standards. Proven experience in aviation maintenance activities and management, or as a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer. Ability to collect, analyse, and act on relevant technical and operational data. Strong understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards. Previous experience with the Aerlink ATR fleet is advantageous. Familiarity with software systems like RAMCO is highly valued. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability with a creative, lateral approach. Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage workloads within time constraints. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated business acumen, strategic planning ability, and sound judgment. Extensive experience in program management and service delivery.
