As part of our continued growth, we are excited to announce opportunities for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our esteemed clinical leadership team at Elizabeth East. The Clinical Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our organisation, blending hands-on engagement at the forefront of care with a focus on reviewing clinical documentation, systems, and analysing trends. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will take an active leadership role, guiding and mentoring staff to ensure they are well-equipped and supported in delivering the highest quality care to our residents. Mentor & Inspire: Share your clinical expertise and leadership skills, guiding and developing our nursing staff to deliver the highest quality care. Build Relationships: Collaborate effectively with medical professionals, allied health teams, and resident families to create a supportive and collaborative care network. Who we seek: Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent), and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Extensive clinical experience as a Clinical Nurse in Aged Care (desirable) Chronic disease management experience desirable.
