Joining Blackwoods as a Customer Care Consultant for our National Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to a portfolio of national Industrial and Retail customers. Comprehensive training to candidates who are eager to learn and are keen to develop a career in customer service and sales will be provided! Your day-to-day: Handle all telephone and email enquiries to provide the first point of contact and handle any conflicts to our customers' satisfaction. Ensure all orders and delivery expectations are met and KPIs are achieved. Assess customer requirements by using the system to improve the customer experience by proactively looking for service and process improvements. Deliver outstanding service and effective communication to our top National customers. Be a team player and show a willingness to learn and stay up to date with all processes and procedures. Demonstrate adaptability to changes in the environment. What you’ll bring to the team: Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience. Resilient, hardworking, and a solutions-based thinker. Excellent communication and administrative skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving. Motivated to provide exceptional service outcomes.
