DeakinACTIVE is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Warrnambool team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing and takes initiative. The Customer Service Officer is the face of DeakinACTIVE’s gym facilities, and your role will be, but not limited to, meeting and greeting participants, providing support to the business, making sure the facility runs smoothly and supplying assistance to the Management Team when necessary, providing high quality customer service to our members in our facility whilst also maintaining a welcoming and inclusive gym environment.
