Work-Life Balance – Enjoy a supportive and collaborative workplace in Sydney's CBD (3 days in office, 2-day WFH) Workplace facilities – CBD location - Onsite gym, pool, post office, restaurants and cafes Remuneration - $144,950 package + benefits + 4% CPI annual increase The Role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Cyber Security Governance & Operations, as the Cyber Security Operations Team Lead, you’ll:Oversee and optimise SOC processes to detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats. Lead a team of 2 in managing security monitoring, incident handling, and response playbooks. Collaborate with IT and government agencies to enhance security posture. Stay ahead of emerging threats and ensure compliance with NSW cyber security policies. What you will bring to the role: Proven ability to think laterally Demonstrated experience with automating tasking and reducing ticket queues Proven experience creating and maintaining Knowledge articles Proven experience and passion for process improvement Proven experience in cyber security operations and governance. Strong leadership in security monitoring, SIEM, and threat intelligence. Ability to translate technical security risks into business solutions Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.). Experience with Crowd strike, Airlock, Mimecast, Tenable, Cloud Flare and RSA for MFA, or similar tools This role is only open to Australian Citizens #J-18808-Ljbffr
