About the Role Cadence Connect is exclusively recruiting for a prominent Tier 1 leader in the commercial Allied Health sector. We are looking to speak with Integration Developers , armed with significant strengths in design, implementation, and prior success in maintaining API-driven solutions. This role is essential in ensuring seamless data flow between business-critical systems, optimising performance, and enhancing the integration framework to support future growth. You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and technical specialists to develop secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations. Key Responsibilities Integration Development & Implementation Develop, deploy, and maintain API-based integrations across multiple systems. Analyse business and technical requirements to create efficient data synchronisation solutions. Collaborate with SaaS providers and external partners to refine and extend API capabilities. Ensure all integration solutions are robust, scalable, and well-documented. System Performance & Security Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise integration performance. Implement best practices in security and data governance to protect sensitive information. Integrate monitoring and alerting tools to proactively detect and resolve system issues. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the integration platform’s architecture. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address future integration needs. Follow best practices in version control, deployment processes, and system architecture. Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies to improve integration capabilities. Provide technical insights and recommendations to enhance system efficiency and performance. What You’ll Bring Technical Expertise Extensive experience in API-driven system integration. Strong knowledge of authentication methods and secure data transfer protocols. Proficiency in C# (.NET), SQL (Postgres, MS SQL Server), and Python. Familiarity with Kubernetes, GitHub, and modern data stack technologies. Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including security and access management. Knowledge of both synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns. Key Skills & Attributes Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying system improvements. Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic team environment. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience in software development and system integration. Azure certifications (highly regarded). Experience with commercial integration platforms is a plus. Why Join?
