Their company is committed to providing top-notch IT support and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all levels.Your new role Responsibilities As a Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer, your primary focus will be on setting up and maintaining Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). Your key responsibilities will include: Performing daily health checks of MTR rooms, both physically and virtually, twice a day (morning and afternoon). Responding to VIP support requests related to MTR rooms. Completing pre-room checks for upcoming VIP or major stakeholder meetings, ensuring all MTR systems are ready for use. Updating the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to reflect any changes to MTR hardware. Supporting Senior Leader Critical Meetings, including pre-checks and onsite support at remote locations. Providing general IT 1st and 2nd VIP support to Executive Assistants (EAs) and Executives. Handling application packaging, Intune, SCCM, SOE, Teams, Office 365, and setting up Microsoft Teams Rooms. What You'll Need To Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience in desktop support, particularly with Microsoft Teams Rooms. Strong knowledge of application packaging, Intune, SCCM, SOE, Teams, and Office 365. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to VIP support requests. Experience with updating and maintaining a Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Strong communication skills and the ability to support senior leaders and executives effectively. Flexibility to provide onsite support at remote locations when required.
