Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy professional to provide expert IT support to Insignia Financial staff. If you're passionate about IT and love solving problems, this is your chance to shine! Key Responsibilities: Provide in person and remote second-level support for Insignia's systems and applications Jump into the action with our AV and meeting room tech, remote support, and on-site support teams Deliver "Client First" service in line with our core principles Handle helpdesk escalations and work with both internal technical teams and external vendors for resolution Keep procedures up to date and implement process improvements Test and roll out new software to keep us ahead of the game Manage ticket workflow and Servicenow reporting What you will bring: Proven experience in an enterprise IT department, with a strong passion for customer service and technology Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently Hands-on experience with remote support tools and excellent telephone etiquette Ability to thrive under pressure and flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Intune, Entra, and Exchange, along with Office Suite proficiency Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and security applications Experience with remote site support and backup software To Apply: Read more here about why you should join our team.
