Your Role As a Director within the Education Futures Institute - Darling Downs South West Region, you will be a valued member of the branch leadership team working to ensure the delivery of a coherent and system-wide approach to high quality, targeted capability development for all staff, educators, school and system leaders. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team to ensure the strategic implementation of the Education Futures Institute as a key system initiative. As Director, you will: Lead a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to and enable state-wide delivery of capability development aligned to the department's strategic vision, priorities and workforce needs. Lead and support a strategic approach to the development and delivery of a diverse portfolio of department wide, flagship and priority capability programs within the School Support and Corporate Capability portfolio. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including schools, regions and corporate partners, lead organisations and industry partners. The Director reports to the Senior Principal Capability, Education Futures Institute, Darling Downs South West Region.
