Collaborate with leaders across the University to influence and deliver strategic goals that ensure CQUniversity remains at the forefront of tertiary education innovation. Drive the creation and implementation of forward-thinking teaching and learning strategies that embrace next-generation tools, technologies, and flexible approaches. Champion Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for diverse learners. Position Requirements Significant experience as an educator, with a deep understanding of designing and delivering high-quality, inclusive learning experiences. A results-driven mindset, with demonstrated success in achieving strategic goals and leading meaningful change within the tertiary education sector. Proven innovator with a track record of integrating emerging technologies and forward-thinking pedagogies to enhance learning outcomes. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
