Draftsperson / 3D Modeller – Digital Project Delivery & Fabrication Design Are you passionate about digital delivery in fabrication, 3D modelling, and streamlining workflows? Do you have experience in Revit, Tekla, or other 3D modelling software and enjoy working with metal fabrication and architectural detailing? We’re looking for a Draftsperson / 3D Modeller to enhance our digital project delivery, support our estimating pipeline, and drive fabrication design improvements. About Us: We are specialists in architectural metalwork and glazing, delivering custom balustrades, handrails, screening, and structural elements across commercial and residential projects since 1997. Our team is focused on modernising fabrication through digital workflows, and we need someone who thrives in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment. What You’ll Be Doing: 3D Modelling & Drafting: Create fabrication-ready models and shop drawings using Revit and other Autodesk products (Fusion 360, etc.). Digital Project Delivery: Optimise modelling workflows to improve coordination between estimating, fabrication, and installation teams. Estimating Support: Work closely with estimators to translate design intent into accurate material take-offs and job costings. Fabrication Design: Develop and refine practical, buildable designs that improve efficiency and reduce rework. Collaboration & Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and fabricators to ensure seamless project execution. What We’re Looking For: Experience with Revit, Fusion, Inventor, or similar 3D modelling software (fabrication or metalwork focus preferred). Understanding of architectural and structural detailing for metal and glazing projects. Strong technical problem-solving skills – able to identify challenges before they reach the workshop. Ability to support the estimating pipeline by assisting with material take-offs and early-stage modelling. Keen interest in digital workflows, automation, and improving project efficiency.
