We are seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Teacher to join our progressive and supportive Early Learning team. This is a part-time (0.4FTE/2 days per week) permanent role. The role is school-based rather than Early Years Learning Framework based with 8am to 4pm working hours. The work days are Thursdays and Fridays during term time only. The successful candidate will: Tertiary Qualification in Early Childhood Education Experience with 3 and 4-year-old children Understanding of Reggio Emilia philosophy Confidence with curriculum design and documentation Current accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Recognise the value and uniqueness of each individual within the College community Exhibit professional and personal integrity Be flexible and open to change Be proactive and innovative Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working in teams Experience in developing Reggio reflective classroom pedagogies and practice Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage workflow effectively We offer outstanding opportunities for professional development, a supportive work environment, and new experiences.
