Our programs encourage children and families to work together in collaboration with the service to ensure interests and needs of the children are met. Our Roles: We are currently hiring a number of key roles including: Early Childhood / Kindergarten Teacher – Long Day Care Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators – Long Day Care Assistant Director – Long Day Care Certificate III Trained Early Childhood Educators – Long Day Care The roles: Based on each of the individual roles listed above, some of the responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): Providing educational and challenging experiences for children 0-6 Responsible for programming, planning and documentation Ensuring that high levels of health and safety standards are maintained at all times Building strong and trusting relationships with families, children and staff Bringing new ideas to add to the quality of the programs Ensuring relevant standards, regulations and legislations are adhered to at all times Professional standard of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills About you: You are a passionate professional in the childcare sector For the more senior roles, you will be a leader of teamwork, best practice, innovation and change Regardless of the level, you will be collaborative, engaging, inspiring, enthusiastic and motivating You will enjoy being a role model, coach and mentor You are dedicated to the development and care, nurturing and engagement of young children Qualifications and certificates: Diploma in Children’s Services qualification or equivalent as approved by ACECQA.
