The role will sit in the Engagement Platforms chapter; our role is to provide and build innovative solutions to meet business requirements and deliver a great end to end employee experience. Responsibilities: You will work with within our Qualtrics application, but also have exposure to our other platforms and applications like ServiceNow and WalkMe. You will work with stakeholders to understand their business requirements. This may include working with subject matter experts and technical teams to understand dependencies and ensure an end to end view has been considered. Translate business requirements into functional solutions using your knowledge of system capabilities, limitations and interplay of systems and processes. Document solutions into an options paper for business review and approval. Prototype solutions and changes; including test script writing, execution and analysis of the results. Provide support to HR Direct and business owners in troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes. Analyse system release documentation, explore new/changed functionality and make recommendations on potential adoption. Continuously seek to maintain and develop your own and your colleagues’ understanding of processes and functionality across our platforms and application. Continuously identify risks and controls across the platforms and applications we support. To be successful in this role you must have: 1-2 years of experience working with Qualtrics, Experience Management, preferably in the employee space. Previous background & experience in HR systems and policies. Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 application. Strong business analysis skills including the ability to write and communicate effectively. Ability to work with competing priorities with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. A positive attitude, be quick to learn and self-motivated.
