About Us: Part of Lutheran Services , the Property and Asset team supports the provision and maintenance of safe, comfortable spaces for our residents and clients that enhance their experience and make a meaningful impact every day. About the Role: We are currently seeking a Full Time Facilities and Asset Officer to join our Property & Assets team in Milton . As the Facilities and Asset Officer, your main responsibility will be to support, monitor, and assist in the completion of minor and major project works across Lutheran Services sites and programs. Key aspects of this role include supporting building projects, proposals, tracking progress, reconciliation of costs, coordinating travel, communicating with service managers, establishing and maintaining administrative procedures, and providing assistance to the Executive Lead. About You: The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in providing executive-level support and proven experience in building strong, trusted working relationships at all levels across the business. You will have strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to work unsupervised and under your own initiative, and a commitment to collaborative teamwork. Additionally, you should be highly organised and motivated, with the ability to provide effective and efficient administrative support.
