">">Job Summary This Part-Time position involves overseeing the Cafe operations at Aveo Domaine, Doncaster VIC. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chef Manager and hospitality staff to deliver excellent Food & Beverage services. ">Key Responsibilities Manage daily meal and drinks services, ensuring high-quality food safety standards. Work closely with the team to deliver great service, coordinate events, and maintain resident satisfaction. Monitor food safety checklists, compliance checklists, and OH&S policies. Complete stock management, including ordering, rotation, and amendments. Requirements Certification in business, hospitality, or restaurant management (highly desirable). Kitchen & Barista Skills, with experience working in a cafe environment. Retirement Living experience (desirable). Barista training or certification. Current Police Check clearance and minimum two COVID-19 vaccinations. Benefits $30.68/hr + relevant award entitlements, including penalty rates, overtime, and allowances + superannuation.
