Commitment to professional development & further learning $229,638.50 + super (based on 1.0FTE) About the role We are currently seeking a GP Senior Medical Educator in North Queensland. As a Senior Medical Educator , you’ll:Lead, mentor, and support medical educators in delivering tailored educational programs, supporting GP registrars from entry to fellowship. Oversee and support regional registrar case management, educational activities, and supervisor professional development. Collaborate closely with training teams, supervisors, and local stakeholders to meet training standards and ensure registrars’ progress and success. Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health services to promote cultural and health training for all GP trainees and supervisors. Foster an inclusive and high-performing team culture, encouraging professional growth within a dynamic training environment. Skills & Experience Fellowship with RACGP (or equivalent) and a strong background in medical education. Extensive experience in registrar education, training program management, or leading clinical teams. Formal medical education qualification preferred or willingness to pursue one. Why Join Us?
