We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and results-driven Gaming Loyalty Manager, who is committed to providing exceptional services and experiences for our members and guests across all of our Clubs. We are looking for an individual with a passion for gaming, and expertise in developing, monitoring and executing loyalty programs that cultivate lasting relationships with high-value members. What to expect: Loyalty Program Management: Oversee the development and management of customer loyalty programs, promoting rewards offerings and increasing member engagement. Loyalty Campaigns & VIP Events: Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager to create and implement VIP events, loyalty promotions, and campaigns that support the overarching marketing strategy. Membership Growth & Engagement: Drive new membership sign-ups and enhance service standards through the execution of internal paging systems, targeted alerts, and membership engagement initiatives. This includes responding to and actioning queries from members. Campaign Performance Tracking: Track, analyse, and report on the success of loyalty campaigns, events, and membership activities to optimise program effectiveness. Team Leadership & Compliance: Lead, train, and develop the loyalty and membership teams, while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legislative requirements, and maintaining exceptional customer service. About you: You will need to fit in with our groupwide values of C onnected, A ligned, R espectful, E ngaging and S upportive. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. Experience in leading a team. Passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest feels valued. Thrive in a lively hospitality environment with a can-do attitude. Love working with others and always ready to lend a hand to your teammates. A high standard of grooming and presentation. Currently hold, or willing to obtain a Police Check, RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate. Flexible availability, particularly on evenings and weekends. What’s in it for you?
