Location: Barangaroo, New South Wales, AU About the role GrainCorp is currently seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. This is a hands-on role for a marketing professional who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. The responsibilities of the role will include: Create and deliver digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising Manage brand positioning across all business units to ensure consistency and impact Work closely with leadership to provide strategic marketing insights and support decision-making Lead content creation efforts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities Oversee agency relationships to ensure high-quality execution and value for investment Manage marketing budgets, tracking spend and measuring ROI Support sustainability initiatives by integrating them into marketing strategies and campaigns About your experience We’re looking for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys both developing strategy and delivering results. You will be someone who can balance big-picture thinking with practical execution, ensuring campaigns are not only well-planned but also effectively implemented. Candidates will demonstrate: Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, content creation, and performance marketing The ability to translate business objectives into marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth Experience in budget management and agency oversight to ensure cost-effective execution The ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders A passion for sustainability and its role in marketing and branding (highly desirable) Ready to apply? / How do you apply?
