Job Description
Must have a Baseline Security Clearance. Location of work: Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, remote Roles and Responsibilities Takes technical responsibility across all stages and iterations of software development. Plans and drives software construction activities in accordance with ATO IT standards and best practice. Measures and monitors applications of project/team standards for software construction including software security. Contributes expertise to the development of policies, standards, and guidelines for software development. Leads investigations, undertake technical research and analysis activities, or provide professional advice within an area of specialisation based on policy and legislation. Identify and resolve issues with code, develops Continuous Improvement processes and carry out maintenance tasks using agreed procedures. Participate in the development lifecycle which may include analysis, design, build, peer review, testing, documenting, implementation and maintenance. Provide advice and undertake more complex activities associated with developing and/or supporting project delivery.
