Role Description This is a full-time position as an Import Seafreight Specialist located in Sydney, NSW. The Import Seafreight Specialist will be responsible for handling import sea freight operations on a daily basis, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with local and international trade partners, and ensuring the smooth flow of imports through customs clearance, deliveries, and invoicing. Qualifications Experience in Import operations Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of customs/quarantine regulations and clearance processes Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Understanding of Australian RMS rules in respect to road height & weight limitations Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) laws Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Self-motivated & results orientated Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage #J-18808-Ljbffr
