Information Technology Project Coordinator Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 AUD Do you want to work for a rapidly growing player in the cloud security space? They are currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team and contribute to their mission of safeguarding digital assets in the cloud! Requirements: Australian Citizenship or Ability to gain Security Clearance Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, schedule, and coordinate projects. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Assist in resource allocation, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks as needed. Experience: Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and software (JIRA). Knowledge of cloud or software concepts and technologies is highly desirable!
