This is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career by working on litigation, public/product liability and/or general insurance/coverage claims. This role offers the opportunity of taking on a broad caseload of matters within the insurance space within a forward thinking and dynamic team of strong legal professionals. Workload within the team will consist of but not be limited to general and complex personal injury (including fatality and catastrophic injuries), general liability, historical sexual abuse, property damage and professional indemnity claims. Key Responsibilities: Manage and assist a diverse workload of litigation, public/product liability and/or general insurance/coverage claims. Draft precise, clear, and impactful legal documents. Build strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and proactively addressing them. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while working both independently and as part of a team. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring the following: 2–4 years of solid general insurance background gained from a top tier private practice environment from either Australia or overseas. Exceptional drafting, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. A strong academic record and a proactive, self-driven approach to your work. Proven ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative and independence. Confidence in building client relationships and understanding their business needs.
