Competitive salary + great benefits Leading national law firm located in the heart of Brisbane CBD Supportive team, dynamic culture, down-to-earth environment Skills & Responsibilities You will be a 1+ PAE Wills/Estates lawyer with experience gained at a reputable law firm. You will possess a strong technical understanding of the law, be articulate, and have strong client relationship skills. Role No two days will be the same as you work across a range of matters such as preparation of basic and complex Estate Planning documents, Probate, Property Transmissions, Superannuation Death Benefit Claims, Trust Disputes, Family Provision Applications, and Solemn Form proceedings; advice work, and drafting legal documents and correspondence.
