About the role: As a Lead Consultant, you will work with clients to analyse their supply chain requirements. Prepare and facilitate workshops. Conduct process mapping and re-design through to process improvement, including system enhancements and implementations, across a wide range of planning and other supply chain disciplines. You will support or lead the delivery of selected planning work streams within our consulting assignments for the Company’s clients. This role can be based on Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. What you’ll do: Develop, deploy & enhance Demand Planning, Inventory Optimisation & Replenishment Planning processes & systems Assess, design & implement S&OP processes & initiatives Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery Lead change management initiatives Lead, develop & mentor team members within the organisation Coach clients (mid-management down) Deliver customer proposals and presentations. What you'll bring: Operational experience, ideally 5 years+ with a recognisable international organisation Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related relevant field Deep understanding of Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Optimisation & Replenishment Planning processes (including supply, production, distribution and materials planning processes) and systems Experience with designing & developing S&OP/IBP processes Understanding of deployment of Advanced Planning Systems (from either a solutions aspect or a business process perspective) Ability to lead projects, set realistic deadlines and persuade others to complete work, on time. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a willingness to travel across Australia.
