Lead End User Computing Engineer This is more than a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer role. We’re looking for someone who’s going to take on our ethos and help shape the future of our industry. We are at the cutting edge of digital transformation, leading the way in device management and security compliance. Your key responsibilities in this role include: Team leadership: Lead and manage a team of EUC support engineers. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members. Allocate resources, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. Lead analysis & resolution: Delve deep into customer-reported issues across Intune and SCCM, ensuring optimal performance and upholding our commitment to stellar service. Innovative Design & Implementation: Be the mastermind behind the configuration, management, and deployment of Microsoft 365 services, with a particular focus on Intune and SCCM. Collaboration & Engagement: Establish strong rapport with internal teams, agency administrators, and Microsoft Design Engineers. Continuous Evolution: Stay abreast of the newest trends, best practices, and updates in Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft 365. Empower & Support: Be the beacon of knowledge for end-users, offering unparalleled training and Level 3 support on Intune-managed and SCCM integrated devices. Documentation & Insight: Craft comprehensive documentation, capturing configurations, operations, and troubleshooting methods. CERTS AND SKILLS Don’t walk in empty-handed. We want to see these: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or high-level qualifications ITIL 4 - mandatory THE ABSOLUTES-MUSTS Managed Services Environment: Prior experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is essential. Windows Desktop: Demonstrated experience in supporting various versions of Windows Desktop. Identity: Proven capability in administering Active Directory and Entra ID. Application management: Great knowledge in application package preparation. Automation: Good experience delivering outcomes using PowerShell and the Graph API. Documentation & Reporting: Exceptional skills in drafting clear and concise problem documentation. ITIL Framework: Sound understanding of the ITIL Framework. Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect data and generate reports. Strong troubleshooting prowess combined with investigative capabilities. Articulate in both verbal and written forms.
