You will evolve our retail banking brand by working as a Master Data Management (MDM) Advanced Edition (AE) developer in our Banking and Financial Services Technology team. In this role, you’ll build out the MDM functionality to include additional data schemes and service extensions for planned updates. This includes real-time interactions with SOA services as defined in the project requirements and design. You will utilise your analytical skills to provide thought leadership, frameworks and best practices required to deliver effective data governance. In addition, establish effective controls and processes, possessing a risk management mind frame to monitor and control compliance requirements. What you offer Experience collaborating with Tech leads and Business Analysts to deliver design requirements Experience with continuous enhancement and improvement of data platforms Experience in a previous IBM MDM position Good understanding of APIs, Microservices, and integration layers Experience with Unix scripting and Java and J2EE development Good knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Oracle Experience with use of Rational Application Developer (eclipse-based IDE) and SOAP UI will be highly regarded.
