We provide significant heavy lift and transport capability based on an owned-and-operated heavy crane fleet and specialist equipment. Supported by a specialist team in the heavy lift department, we can engineer, plan, and execute large-scale lifting and transport projects in Australia. Due to exponential growth, we are seeking a motivated and positive Maintenance Lead to oversee the development and management of our maintenance program. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient maintenance of our assets while adhering to safety and compliance standards. Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Flexible point of hire, applications open to Australia wide Full-time permanent position, with a competitive salary Work with a state-of-the-art fleet Safety and wellbeing at the forefront of our culture Key Responsibilities: Manage maintenance requests, inspections, and repairs Track and monitor maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness Maintain asset tracking and inventory systems Negotiate with suppliers for competitive rates Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols Prepare reports on asset performance and maintenance activities Monitor progress against the work schedule to ensure any issues that may impact schedule, budget, or other areas are addressed Lead and coordinate the delivery of services to customers, along with building long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve processes and work performance Examine work outputs for quality, accuracy, and completeness, responding quickly to correct quality problems What you’ll bring: Experience in a similar role within a maintenance environment Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage teams Proactive, solutions-focused, and self-motivated Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Suite including the ability to prepare work reports and job instructions Life at Monadelphous There’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events, and so much more.
