Your responsibilities will include: Reporting to the Maintenance Project Manager you are responsible for the following and more: Supervise and contribute to the planning team day to day operations providing effective leadership and input to ensure business obligations and customer requirements can be met. Establish, maintain, and analyse project cost and schedule baselines for all related maintenance activities in support of the MH-60R TLS Contract and other program opportunities. Develop, implement and maintain integrated maintenance plans based on Aircraft Maintenance data (AMD) to provide optimal workflow of maintenance tasking. Prepare reports and analyse performance data to ensure that projects are within negotiated and agreed-upon threshold parameters and control guidelines. Provide mentoring advice and guidance to all members of the Maintenance Support Planning Team and Program stakeholders across the Company with respect to Earned Value Management (EVM) activities. The Maintenance Production Supervisor will establish and manage reporting artefacts used by Management to monitor and control Program performance. Actively contribute to employee training, performance assessment, and work assignments. About you: To be successful in your application, you will demonstrate the following: Demonstrated experience in a planning/scheduling supervisor role or similar related environment with previous experience in aviation maintenance. Hold a Cert IV or higher in Project Management, or an ability to obtain this within 24 months. An understanding of how maintenance planning influences cost, schedule, efficient use of resources and overall program performance. Sound analytical skills and broad-based computer literacy including MS Office / Excel with an ability to prepare, analyse, and interpret reports, forecast workload/capacity and management of information. Strong communication skills including the ability to prepare and present concise oral and written reports, briefings, updates and other documentation to stakeholders. Well-developed problem-solving skills, including the ability to provide solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels. Attention to detail and the ability to see patterns and trends. Proven ability to adapt and maintain a flexible approach to changing needs or priorities. Ability to work independently under limited supervision as well as contribute to a dynamic and diverse team environment.
