We work closely with Reece's other pool businesses, InterQuad and Dontek. With over 40 branches across Australia, Reece Irrigation & Pools is part of a broader Reece network of 600+ branches across Plumbing and other categories nationwide. About the Role The Customer Marketing Lead role aims to attract, retain, and grow our customer base in core and adjacent markets by creating valuable, innovative, and differentiated customer experiences. This role drives the overall direction for the Reece I&P brand, customer experience, and growth strategies based on customer insights and market understanding. The Customer Marketing role collaborates closely with the product marketing team to support the sales and operations functions of the business. This position balances autonomy with team support, offering an opportunity to be a key brand custodian for Reece I&P. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement. Manage marketing budgets effectively. Plan and execute media, sponsorship, and events. Oversee digital marketing and content creation. Drive social media initiatives including organic growth, influencer partnerships, and performance acquisition. Manage partnerships and agency relationships. Minimum Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing roles.
