This is a great opportunity for experienced mental health nurses or those looking to gain valuable experience in an inpatient mental health setting . Qualifications & Experience Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing (highly desirable) Experience in mental health nursing (preferred but not essential) Skills & Attributes A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Commitment to ongoing professional development Desirable Previous experience in an inpatient mental health setting Understanding of recovery-oriented mental health care Knowledge of risk assessment and crisis intervention techniques Why Join Our Casual Pool?
