About Our Client Michael Page are partnering with an Australian owned leading contractor specialising in reliability engineering, planning, scheduling, execution, and improvement projects. Based in Belmont, WA. Job Description The key responsibilities of this role are: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar roles, including boilermakers, fitters, riggers, and scaffolders. Support mobilisation efforts for shutdowns, involving up to 100 people. Establish and implement a recruitment system that works seamlessly with the payroll system. Handle high volumes of applications efficiently, ensuring timely selection and placement of candidates. Work closely with the recruitment team to fill rostered roles and manage workforce planning. Ensure compliance with all relevant certifications and tickets. Maintain and manage the labour pool, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Provide support for ad hoc tasks, including white-collar recruitment, document management, contract preparation, and payroll. The Successful Applicant A successful Mobilisation and Recruitment Coordinator should have: Relevant experience in recruitment, ideally within the mining and shutdown sectors. Previous experience in mobilising high volumes of subcontractors to various sites. Previous experience in an agency or internal recruitment role. Strong understanding of blue-collar recruitment, with experience working with trades such as boilermakers, fitters, riggers, and scaffolders. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities. Experience in implementing new recruitment systems and processes. What's on Offer What's on offer for you?
