National Manager of Work Integrated Learning Full-time SAE University College offers degree programs in creative media and IT at six campuses across Australia. SAE has over 45 years of experience developing student creativity and technical skills, delivering innovative, practical learning experiences supported by strong industry connections and a global network of colleges. The National Manager of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) strategically plans, coordinates, and manages national work-integrated learning and employability opportunities. This role connects academic learning with practical industry experience and career education, ensuring students acquire relevant skills and knowledge to enhance their employability and career readiness. Additionally, the National Manager of WIL will develop and lead Alumni Engagement activities and other employability projects, which include creating resources, conducting industry and market research, managing relationships, and providing communications support. The National Manager of WIL oversees a team of Industry Liaison Coordinators who manage WIL placements and national Career Advisors. Minimum Requirements: A postgraduate qualification in career education or significant experience in career education, including evidence of scholarship in the field. Demonstrated strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage a remote team. Demonstrated experience in developing collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated and goal-oriented to drive improved outcomes and quality assurance. Demonstrated understanding of curriculum design and WIL best practice. Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to work as part of a team flexibly and adaptively. This role can be located at any SAE University College Australian campus and collaborates with professional and academic teams nationally.
