Enjoy a central based office location, accessible to transport and parking High level training for long term career Work-life balance through Hybrid working arrangements Join Australia's leading outdoor retailer What You Will Be Doing: Working cross-functionally to facilitate and manage the implementation of multi-channel campaigns – including but not limited to online, social, POS, catalogue, broadcast, press and SEM ensuring a fully optimized and seamless end-to-end customer experience Manage campaign briefs, timelines, workflow and approvals to ensure the timely delivery of all marketing activities Collaborate with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment in the marketing plan and initiatives Responsible for the alignment of all Brand Communications to Brand vision, strategy, and adherence to brand style guide Support the wider Marketing team and work closely with the National Marketing Coordinator and National Brand & Campaign Manager About You: At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar Marketing position Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects Experience and understanding of the retail environment desirable Ability to work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong problem-solving mindset Passion and knowledge of outdoor Camping, Fishing & Hiking products desirable Who We Are: We are part of the Spotlight Retail Group (SRG), which includes over 150+ Spotlight Stores, 80 Anaconda Stores, and 50 Harris Scarfe stores across Australasia.
