Pitcher Partners Brisbane is seeking an Operations & Compliance Coordinator to join our Practice Management Group. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience and build a strong foundation in compliance. As a team we are committed to investing in the right candidate by providing the training and support to develop. Key responsibilities Support compliance processes across the firm. Support operations and marketing tasks. Coordinate firm-wide projects and administration. Assist with operations projects, including firm-wide compliance and documentation. Maintain agendas and minutes for meetings. Ad hoc office support and reception relief as required. Who we’re after We are looking for an experienced administrator who wants to take the next step in their career. This role is an initial 12-month contract with a view for a permanent role. To be successful in this role your qualities, skills, knowledge and tasks will include: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong typing skills (70+ wpm with 97% accuracy) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment What we offer Pitcher Partners is a leading network of independent Australian firms, working together to enable growth and ambition for our clients.
