Our NDIS team plays a vital role in ensuring providers meet the highest quality standards, supporting their journey through the NDIS certification process. What will you be responsible for? Scheduling NDIS audits, matching auditors with client requirements and availability Coordinating and confirming appointments with clients and auditors Managing scheduling changes and resolving conflicts efficiently Ensuring compliance with NDIS certification guidelines and deadlines Communicating with internal teams, clients, and auditors to provide updates and support Maintaining accurate records and documentation in our systems What we are looking for? We’re on the hunt for individuals with a natural flair for collaboration and communication, passionate and resilient and bring a positive attitude to work each day. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our NDIS team. This part-time role is critical in coordinating audits, liaising with auditors and clients, and ensuring a seamless certification process. Previous experience in a similar role focused on scheduling, administration, or coordination roles (bonus if in auditing or NDIS) Strong organisational and time management skills – you love a well-planned schedule! Excellent communication skills – you’ll be the key link between auditors and clients High attention to detail – accuracy is everything in this role Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (desirable) Next steps?
