About the Role Due to unprecedented customer demand and business growth, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced person to join the Operations team in our Newcastle depot based in Thornton. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the overall objective of this role is to assist in the running of the Newcastle region operations for PremiAir Services and as one of the Operations personnel, you will be required to work across all areas of the business. Duties Data entering of contracts and purchase orders Process contracts, delivery and collection notes Drive operational process to ensure availability and timely delivery of equipment to customers sites Customer invoicing Various administrative functions carried out with a high attention to detail Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times Arranging transport and logistics movements Skills and Experience You must be highly motivated, well organised and be a positive thinker. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Previous experience in or knowledge of the Hire Industry, Transport or in a similar operations role Be able to prioritise and have good time-management skills Ability to work independently as well as being a team player Reliable and punctual Possess a Can-Do attitude Culture PremiAir is a family-owned private business with a hands-on, make-it-happen culture at all levels of the organisation.
