This newly created role as Organisational Change Specialist will be responsible for supporting organisational effectiveness by building organisational change tools and capability while supporting the delivery of a range of change initiatives, plus business improvement and culture programmes. This can be a permanent or contract role. About The Role: Continuously evolve and improve the ARN change framework and toolkit, building capability and knowledge through culturally aligned change management principles and practices. Devise and deliver change planning, capability building and coaching on key initiatives - providing internal comms support as needed. Provide change management subject matter expertise on cross-functional, large-scale programs, including reporting, communication planning and process changes for effective implementation and sustainment of the change. Support the creation and implementation of organisational designs (across ways of working, processes, structures, job design etc…) aligned to our business strategy and aspirational culture. Support the creation and implementation of change-related knowledge management protocols across processes, platforms, tools and technology using facilitated and self-service solutions. About You: A specialist in supporting and leading organisational change initiatives. Able to input to and/or develop business cases for change and improvement initiatives. Strong and effective communication skills including the ability to influence and persuade. Able to facilitate and build change capability in others through on-the-job coaching. Commercial acumen, thinking in terms of profit, loss and value adding. Consultative and collaborative stakeholder management to drive progress and deliver outcomes.
