You will start off with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor and Regional Manager. This location is in Mount Waverly. Service Hours: Before School Care: 7:00am - 9:00amAfter School Care: 2:30pm - 6:00pmAdmin Hours: 10.5 hours Key Responsibilities: Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community. Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day. Foster “GENUINE” relationships with children and their families. Manage and roster your team of passionate educators. Manage service compliance and medical documentation. Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community. The Successful Candidate: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you are still a big kid at heart. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you’re talking with a child, their parent, one of your team, or the school Principal. Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. You are a natural leader with an eye for detail. Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children. You are energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN! Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification.
