Job Description In this full time or part time, 12 month, fixed term multi-faceted role, you will partner closely with the business to develop and embed organisational development and culture initiatives across the group, and deliver valuable contributions to the People & Culture team in the achievement of strategic milestones and organisational priorities. Working in the People Experience team, you will design and deliver initiatives through programs of work to build on the One Epworth philosophy and drive employee engagement and performance, with a clear vision of the organisational values at the forefront. Facilitation is a requirement of the role. You will make an impact by: Leading the design, implementation and embedding of effective team and people experience initiatives through internal and external delivery, aligned to the broader leadership and People & Culture strategic plan. Driving the employee experience and engagement program of work, alongside the collating and presentation of results, to highlight themes and insights for action taking. Continuously evaluating investment and outcomes for relevant programs of work to ensure that our programs are achieving their objectives and delivering value to participants and the wider business. To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated success in leading organisational development programs of work (leadership programs, employee engagement, equity and inclusion and experience) Experience managing diverse stakeholder requirements and preferences in design, communication and execution Facilitation and presentation to senior audiences End-to-end solution design and implementation management (including design of Business-as-Usual processes) Design and implementation of organisational development and/or learning initiatives to build capability. Tertiary qualification in a related field (i.e., Organisational/Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business, etc.) Epworth’s culture is inclusive; we work as a team and are constantly focusing on professional and career development.
