Together we can do more. As a Physiotherapy Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality clinical care within medical physiotherapy inpatient services. You will assist the Physiotherapy Acute Unit Head with the operational governance of the medical physiotherapy team. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a dedicated team of physiotherapists, ensuring staff are well-supported and delivering effective care. You will be expected to actively engage in the supervision and development of staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will contribute to ongoing quality improvement projects and research, helping to drive innovation and enhance patient outcomes. A Little About Us. Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven’s major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500.
