About the Role In this pivotal role, you will provide clinical and regulatory expertise to support and lead accreditation processes within our Seniors Living services. Reporting to the Manager – Seniors Living Governance, you'll ensure we meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, influencing positive outcomes for our clients and communities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full accreditation process, liaising with accreditation bodies. Lead accreditation applications, assessments, and service self-assessments. Analyze audit outcomes, manage responses to findings, and communicate key learnings. Transfer regulatory knowledge across teams to foster continuous improvement. Review, develop, and enhance systems, policies, and procedures related to accreditation. About You You're a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality care. Your clinical expertise and ability to translate complex regulations into actionable practices set you apart. Strong leadership and influencing skills within aged/community care sectors; Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities; Ability to manage accreditation processes and inspire compliance culture; Essential Requirements Degree in Nursing with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse; Minimum 5 years' experience in aged/community care in a compliance role; Current driver's licence with willingness to travel regionally; Knowledge of industry regulations , accreditation standards, and funding systems; Possess a current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire. Desirable Requirements Post-graduate qualifications in gerontic nursing, dementia care, or quality management; Experience with continuous improvement frameworks and internal education programs; Possess a current Influenza Vaccination – or the ability to acquire – if deemed a requirement; Possess COVID-19 Vaccination - or the ability to acquire – in accordance with government direction and/or Churches of Christ Policy.
