We currently have a great career opportunity for a Project Consultant to be part of our QLD / APAC business based out of the Brisbane office. The team delivers projects across SLR's market sectors including Mining & Minerals, Built Environment, Infrastructure, Industry and Power, with a focus on resource projects. Key Responsibilities This role will play a key role in supporting the development and analysis of groundwater flow and solute transport models to inform sustainable water management solutions. Responsibilities include: Gathering and processing hydrological, geological, and geochemical data; Calibrating and validating numerical models using industry-standard software; Visualizing model outputs; Preparing technical reports and presentations; Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; Applying statistical or computational techniques to assess groundwater trends and uncertainties; Playing a pivotal role in securing projects by ensuring excellent service delivery, identifying client needs and opportunities, and sharing insights with the broader team. Skills and Experience Required: At least a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field; At least 12 months of relevant experience; Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, coupled with the capacity for self-motivation and the willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for the successful completion of tasks and projects; Proficient written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely.
