It requires a structured, process-driven professional with a strong understanding of contract administration, project oversight, and performance reporting. You'll be responsible for ensuring project workflows are efficient, compliant, and financially optimised, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.In this role, you will: Generate and manage fee proposals to ensure project viability Oversee cash flow forecasting and financial performance reporting Maintain project management software (Fresh Projects, Jira) for seamless project tracking Monitor staff performance through utilisation rates, cost analysis, and deliverable tracking Ensure contract compliance and support negotiations where necessary Collaborate with engineers and clients to drive project milestones and delivery Ensure documentation is properly maintained and organised.
